This policy explains how TGG Creative LLC ("we", "us") handles information in our apps, including Island Guide: Martha's Vineyard and Island Guide: Nantucket, and on this website.

Information we collect

• Questions you ask Skipper. Your questions and trip preferences are processed to generate answers and itineraries. We do not use them to identify you.
• Location, if you allow it. Used only to show nearby places and directions. You can turn it off at any time in iOS Settings.
• Purchases. Subscriptions are handled by Apple. We never see your payment details.
• Diagnostics. Anonymous crash and performance data shared through Apple, if you opt in on your device.

Advertising

The free version of our apps may show ads. Ad partners may use device identifiers only as permitted by your iOS tracking settings. Plus subscribers do not see ads.

Third-party links

Our apps link to booking partners such as tour and restaurant reservation services. We may earn a commission. Those services have their own privacy policies.

What we don't do

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not require an account to use our apps.

Children

Our apps are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Your choices

You can delete the app at any time to remove its local data. To ask about or delete any information related to you, email us and we will respond within 30 days.

Changes

We will post any updates to this policy on this page with a new date.
